Juvederm ® -an injectable gel is a "next-generation" dermal filler. Radiesse® - a dermal filler is an FDA-approved, next-generation filler that is setting a new standard for thecorrection of facial lines and wrinkles such as nasolabial folds. At the Straith Clinic, Botox®, Restylane®, Juvederm®, Radiesse®, Perlane®, and fat injections are performed by our certified (ASPS) American Board of Cosmetic Surgery surgeons.

Botox® Cosmetic used by the Straith Clinic conveniently located in Oakland County, Michigan is the trade name of Botulinum Toxin.

What is Botox® or Botulinum Toxin A and what does it do?
Botox® is a purified toxin produced by the bacterium Clostridium botulinum. Botox®, in extremely small doses, is injected directly (non-surgical) into the specific muscles that cause:

• frown lines
• forehead crease
• wrinkles near outside corner of the eyes (crows feet)
• Duration of Results: Variable; a few months to 6 months

These isolated muscles are relaxed by the Botox® and can no longer contract. The action of frowning is stopped and frown lines diminish. At the Straith Clinic, Botox® injections are performed by our board certified American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) surgeons.
